Using LivedIt
Terms of Use
These Terms set the ground rules for using LivedIt, a community for public AMA identity cards and lived-experience questions and answers.
Last updated: September 12, 2026
The service
LivedIt lets a host create a public card about an experience, receive questions, and selectively publish answers. Features may change, pause, or end as we continue building the service. We do not promise that any particular card, question, answer, feature, or audience will always be available.
Accounts and responsibility
You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You may use LivedIt only if you can enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that organization.
Hosts are responsible for the claims they make about themselves, the material they publish, and the decisions they make about questions. Question submitters are responsible for the questions and information they send.
Your content and permission to operate
You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to any rights you already granted to others. You give LivedIt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to run, promote, protect, and improve the service. This license ends when the relevant content is removed from our active service, except where it has already been shared by others, retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons, or cannot reasonably be removed from backups immediately.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate law, another person’s rights, or these Terms.
Community rules and moderation
You must follow our Community Guidelines and Content Policy, which are part of these Terms. We may review, limit, remove, hide, or preserve content; restrict accounts; or take other action when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect people, enforce our rules, or operate the service. We are not required to monitor every interaction, and moderation does not guarantee that objectionable material will never appear.
Intellectual property and reports
LivedIt’s software, name, design, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not use them except as these Terms allow. If you believe content infringes your copyright or other rights, email team@lived-it.com with a description of the work or right, the location of the material, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation of the issue. We may ask for more information before acting.
Disclaimers, limits, and updates
LivedIt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. People’s experiences and answers are their own; they are not professional advice, verified facts, or endorsements by LivedIt. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
These Terms may change as LivedIt develops. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated Terms. Contact team@lived-it.com with questions about these Terms.
