Acceptable Use & Content Policy

Do not post or do these things

• Threaten, harass, stalk, bully, exploit, or encourage violence against any person or group.
• Post hate speech, slurs, or content that targets people on the basis of protected characteristics.
• Share another person’s private, personal, or sensitive information without permission, including contact, location, financial, health, or identity information.
• Sexually exploit anyone, share sexual content involving minors, or seek to groom, endanger, or exploit minors.
• Impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent your lived experience, or use LivedIt for fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive solicitation.
• Upload or link to unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise rights-violating material.
• Introduce malware, scrape the service without permission, bypass security measures, overload the service, or interfere with others’ use of it.
• Use LivedIt to sell regulated or illegal goods, coordinate wrongdoing, or collect personal information from others without a lawful basis.

Public and private content

Hosts choose which answers become public, but private submission does not make harmful or unlawful content acceptable. We may review or act on a question, card, or answer when it is reported, when we discover a concern, or when needed to operate the service. Do not treat LivedIt as a confidential reporting, counseling, emergency, or secure storage service.

Reports and enforcement

Report suspected violations to team@lived-it.com with the relevant link, account, or description. We may remove or hide content, limit distribution, restrict or suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or refer matters to appropriate authorities when warranted. We may make these decisions using context, severity, repeat behavior, and safety concerns; we do not guarantee that every report will lead to removal.

Rights complaints and updates

For copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights complaints, email team@lived-it.com with enough detail for us to locate and understand the material at issue. This policy may change as the service and its risks evolve. We will post the updated version here with a new date.
